VOCI International Pty Ltd offers a full suite of training solutions to help you achieve the most from your VOCI subscription. All training is conducted by experienced analysts and accredited VOCI International trainers who are able to apply industry trends to business improvement initiatives.

VOCI training will provide your key personnel the ability and tools to both interpret and act upon the data provided by your VOCI solution. Training covers key areas including report management, trend analysis, strategies for custom questionnaires, the power of benchmarking as well as basic troubleshooting.

Training can be conducted in one of three ways, or a blend of each of the following learning elements:

  1. Onsite – Customised training at your site to help analysis and management teams to use the data effectively.
  2. Scheduled Courses – Each year a series of one day training courses are held in most capital cities to assist in interpreting VOCI data outcomes.
  3. Online – In partnership with Radford Institute Global eLearning Campus, VOCI provides a certified online training course to ensure teams are well supported in collecting and analyzing data effectively.
